Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs) govern the contractual relationship between Arts Atelier (hereinafter the “Seller”) and any individual or entity making a purchase via the website Arts-atelier.com (hereinafter the “Customer”). Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these T&Cs.

2. Products

Products are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, minor variations (colors, dimensions, visuals) may occur and shall not engage the Seller’s liability.

3. Prices

Prices are indicated in [multi currency], for European country including all applicable taxes (TTC/VAT included), excluding shipping costs. The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time; however, the price applied will be the one displayed at the time of order confirmation.

4. Orders

The Customer selects products, validates their cart, and proceeds to payment. The order becomes final upon successful payment confirmation. The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of dispute or suspected fraud.

5. Payment

Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Accepted payment methods include: [credit card, PayPal, etc.]. Transactions are secured via approved payment providers.

6. Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer. Delivery times are indicative and may vary. In case of significant delay, the Customer will be informed. Shipping fees are specified before order validation.

7. Right of Withdrawal

All elements of the website (texts, images, logos) are protected by intellectual property rights and remain the exclusive property of the Seller.

13. Governing Law

These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the Seller’s country of establishment. In case of dispute, an amicable resolution will be sought prior to any legal action.
